Our 300 m² facility features; functional training area with cardio machines and a dedicated strength and weights room where you’ll find the latest equipment, specialised attachments, barbells and accessories to enhance your workouts. We have limited memberships so you never have to wait for equipment.

Conveniently there is one hour of free parking on Gladstone Street & the surrounding streets.
