Shipping & Returns


All orders will be delivered by Australia Post.
All products will be packaged in tied / sealed bags, or in their original manufacturers packaging.

Shipping cost guidelines are as follows:

Orders under $150: Flat rate shipping cost $9.90 inclusive of GST
Orders of over $150 are freight free.

These guidelines are for Perth metro. Outside Perth metro shipping may be at additional cost. If urgent postage is required we can arrange Express Post or overnight air bags at additional cost.

Postage calculations are estimates and while we try to to ensure that this calculation is accurate, under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be incorrect and may not cover the real delivery costs. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to processing your order to inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order and receiving a refund.


Customers must ensure they check that their shopping cart is correct before checking out. As no refunds will be given for products that have simply been mistakenly ordered. No refunds or returns are available for any Meal Plan purchased.

  • In the unlikely event of any defect, please notify us within two working days of receipt of the products.
  • Return the products to us (our physical address) within seven working days of receipt.
  • The returned products must be in a condition matching that of which they were shipped and in the case of pre-packaged products, in the same packaging as received
  • In the event that there is a defect with a product that we are responsible for, we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund (at our discretion).

All returns claims must be lodged via email to within 7 days of the customers receival of the order and must include the original invoice number correlating to the order in question. Return claims lodged outside this period will be honoured at the discretion of management.
